Upcoming Sales

Dear AXIA Estate Solutions Clients and Bidders,

In response to the current situation involving COVID-19, we want to provide our clients and bidders with an update. In order to ensure the safety of the communities we serve, we have discontinued onsite tag sales and will instead do all of our sales in an auction format online.

Following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we’re increasing the cleaning and general hygiene maintenance. We’re also making additional efforts to disinfect the items we offer for sale.

At this time, we are limiting our operations so that we can serve our community in a safe manner, whether it’s buying or selling. We are continuing to review and monitor the situation as it unfolds, but right now we believe we can safely operate online auctions under the guidance and recommendations provided by the CDC. 

This is why AXIA Estate Solutions is going to be a safe online auction format:

1. AXIA Estate Solutions uses credit/debit card payment methods online, to include PayPal
2. All AXIA team members will wear masks and gloves during pickups
3. Items sold will have had limited touches and will be wiped down
4. Pickups will be scheduled in a manner to insure social distancing
5. Be prepared for all pickup times to be strictly enforced to support social distancing and the overall health and safety of the client, team, and other buyers patiently waiting for their opportunity to get their items
6. AXIA Estate Solutions requests that our bidders that show symptoms do NOT come to pick up at our locations in-person
7. For any bidder that can’t attend their scheduled pickup, we are asking them to contact us so that we can make alternative arrangements

Due to these unique circumstances, any special instructions regarding the picking up of your items may be posted on your invoice and or in the terms and conditions for the auction. Please pay attention to these details prior to bidding to ensure you can abide by any new rules.
